so remember i told you guys that i was moving house, well what i failed to mention or add to that info is that most of my clothes and belongings are in storage. This only made me come to the conclusion that i need new clothes. i mean i cannot go out about without clothing…All that said i would like you to welcome my 2 new favourite piece of clothing; my lovely shorts and my well long deserved stilettos.
As i am sure, most of us fashionista will always say that the best stiletto to buy is the Christian Louboutin Pigalle. in as much as i love Mr Louboutin’s amazing art he calls shoes, the Pigalle is a far cry from comfortable. It’s not just the height you have to deal with, the arch of the shoe is so disproportionate to the height you feel like you’re on your tiptoes standing, on a stilt 90 percent of the time. it is least to say that those shoes are bloody uncomfortable and i wouldn’t trust a woman who calls them comfortable or walk a mile in them (i know, i have trust issues)
All that said, i have found the love of my stiletto life and his name is Nouveau, his daddy is Stuart Weitzerman and the man has a soft sport for comfort and elegance. S trust me when i say this is a match made in shoe heaven.

Another sunday, yet another black and white ensemble… I have officially accepted the fact that this summer has been a mainly a summer of black and white for me. I just love the simplicity that comes with both hues and it’s a reflection of my being and nature at the moment as well. Life is so much easier when you keep it simple.
I am sure my knack for colourful ensembles will be back once its autumn/winter as nothing beats bright colours for me on a grey wintry afternoon.
Weird? i know, i am special like that…

its been a minute since i wrote on my blog as i have been a pretty busy bee. Its summer time and sort of like a high season for styling gigs especially for music and entertainment clients. 2-3 weeks ago i worked with the beautiful Tiwa Savage and styled 2 videos from her forthcoming debut album; Once upon a time. As soon as i have the permission to let the cat out of the bag, you guys will be the first to know x.
So less i digress, i styled the African Superstar Iyanya last weekend and i must say it was both stressful and exciting. It is totally different from editorial or the normal photo-shoot concept as you always have to be on the ball and time is always of the essence. Anyways i think i will ease up on the words and let the images do the talking.
T-shirt: Mr Garbe Fela
Trainers: Guiseppe Zanotti
I decided to wear my comfortable wedge trainers as i wanted to be able to runaround like a headless chicken with the coolest wide brim hat just incase things dont go as planned
which was literally the case in this situation.
All in all it was a great experience and as this isnt my first time of working with Iyanya, it was humbling experience to style such an amazing talent.
i am Always proud to toot my African horn and this case is no different

hope you all had a Fabtastic Sunday. Every other sunday my darling Tintin (thesohosister.com) and i always dine out for lunch and this sunday we decided to go to this little gem tucked in a tiny street in knightsbridge.
The food was an absolute delight and the restaurant was clean simple and elegant. I only managed to take just one picture in the restaurant for the fear of looking like a random freshie in a somewhat posh restaurant lol. However i would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
PS i still love my orange Zara jacket, 2years on it still looks as fabulous as the first day i found it.

it was 20 degrees on Wednesday and I had a lot to do. So I decided to dress for the weather but still look a tad bit smart. I spent half of my day in a film studio with my wonderful friend Baba Agba who is a photographer and now a film maker. We were working on an advert for my T-shirt line Mr Garbe (not to worry a well detailed post about MR Garbe will be up soon). It was super cool as i was the director on set… cant wait for you guys to see the result.
As most of my friends know i never take myself too seriously. After the shoot we decided to have a break and here i am with my wonderful little friend Toyin. She’s more like sister to be honest, messing around like we always do. She has an awesome blog and a mega style crush on me lol (don’t tell her i said that) but you guys really should check out her blog http://www.thesohosister.com
It was such a beautiful and productive day. The best part was the fact that I spent the day working and hanging out with people who mean a lot to me as friends and family, I couldn’t ask for a more wonderful day

The weather was so pretty today i and i really didnt feel like wearing a coat or dressing for the cold so i decided to wear one of my favourite mens jumper i got from Zara 2 seasons ago. I never really thought an asymmetrical skirt and wedge trainers would work well together till i tried it on and it totally did. I hope you guys had a wonderful sunday…
Have a great week ahead.

After a really cold and snowy spell, the British weather decided to be kind to us today in London. And as a typical Londoner who gets excited at every opportunity to dress light, i took advantage of todays lovely weather…
Love or Loathe?
would love to know

I am a big fan of shorts. If I could I will wear them all day everyday. They are very adaptable and easy to dress up or down from smart to casual… i had an interview with the amazing urban afrobeats rapper turn CEO Eldee for gidicultureTV (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7F-Lc1o6J8&noredirect=1). My outfit of choice was a plan white tee and shorts topped off with a green blazer to smarten the look .
