She’s a beautiful fashion blogger and model but don’t let the cute face and curly locks fool you. This young day is both beauty and brains. Nada is from Manchester and holds a degree in Law, she’s a massive face on the web and her fans love her (70 thousand of them on Instagram).
She made my job amazingly easy even though this was her first ever Lingerie shoot.
I must say i had a fantastic team and the synergy was fantastic.
Anyways i think i should rest my fingers and let the pictures do the talking….

so remember i told you guys that i was moving house, well what i failed to mention or add to that info is that most of my clothes and belongings are in storage. This only made me come to the conclusion that i need new clothes. i mean i cannot go out about without clothing…All that said i would like you to welcome my 2 new favourite piece of clothing; my lovely shorts and my well long deserved stilettos.
As i am sure, most of us fashionista will always say that the best stiletto to buy is the Christian Louboutin Pigalle. in as much as i love Mr Louboutin’s amazing art he calls shoes, the Pigalle is a far cry from comfortable. It’s not just the height you have to deal with, the arch of the shoe is so disproportionate to the height you feel like you’re on your tiptoes standing, on a stilt 90 percent of the time. it is least to say that those shoes are bloody uncomfortable and i wouldn’t trust a woman who calls them comfortable or walk a mile in them (i know, i have trust issues)
All that said, i have found the love of my stiletto life and his name is Nouveau, his daddy is Stuart Weitzerman and the man has a soft sport for comfort and elegance. S trust me when i say this is a match made in shoe heaven.

i love playing with colours and clashing patterns with prints especially when you did not really plan your look but it turns out great…
what can i say, there sure must be a method to my madness

i think i am going through a hair-volution and i am totalling loving it. I am your plain jane; simple weave and braids kind of girl as i don’t like taking drastic risks with my hair. So I think i surprised myself when my hair stylist suggested i tried this style and i said yes after just 10 mins of persuasion. No complaints about looking fresh off the boat, black version of slash the guitar player or worse a really bad Nollywood actress, like nothing! My reaction and eagerness to try something new kinda shocked me too…
Well as you can clearly tell that this hair got me all giddy and excited that i couldn’t help but put my carrie skirt on (that’s not what the skirts called but just go with it) sashaying down Regent street with the intro tune to sex and the city playing in my head and feeling like a less drama version of Miss Bradshaw….
i decided to take more cool night mode images and i am totally in love with them, i felt like the camera was just expressing my emotions through the colour blurs and soft focusing.

last night i attended an event by Sideview magazine (www.sideviewmagazine.com). The event; 3bloggers one night which is part of the magazines 5th year anniversary took place in Kentish town in London. It was a small cosy event with an intimate crowd and i was there alongside 2 other bloggers to talk about the importance of fashion bloggers in the fashion world.
I was pretty nervous at first but i think i got a hang of it once i got the ball rolling and the crowd was really kind to me so i guess i aced it.
I met a bunch of really cool people and it was a great vibe all through…
It was a lovely night, i even made a new friend/fan, his name is Tony and he literally said he had to have his picture taken with me as i am so beautiful. He even dragged me across the street to make sure he had it taken underneath the Kentish town Graffiti. He was such a sweetheart.
PS: no black in sight (well the handbag doest count) Guess the curse is broken, Somebody shout hallelujah!!!!

Another sunday, yet another black and white ensemble… I have officially accepted the fact that this summer has been a mainly a summer of black and white for me. I just love the simplicity that comes with both hues and it’s a reflection of my being and nature at the moment as well. Life is so much easier when you keep it simple.
I am sure my knack for colourful ensembles will be back once its autumn/winter as nothing beats bright colours for me on a grey wintry afternoon.
Weird? i know, i am special like that…

The weather has been so kind to us in London its been pretty amazing. So amazing that it is hard to find the skin to fabric ratio balance. Its so hot that you cannot help but want to walk out with little or almost nothing on.
i have always had a problem when it comes to jumpsuits. Its either my derrière is too big/ my upper body is too long which equates to an uninvited camel toe or its just way too long and unflattering on me. So imagine my excitement when i stumbled on this beautiful jumpsuit in Zara which surprisingly fits pretty well and its a perfect equilibrium in terms of skin to fabric ratio…
London feels and looks different in the sun, it feels like the city is alive and happy, people even apologise when they bump into you in the streets (that never happens in the winter). I really hope the weather stays this way for the next couple of weeks…

Today was such a beautiful day, i think July certainly did get the memo in terms of what it should feel land look like but can you blame it? its my birthday week so the weather has no choice but “turn up” nicely.
Seems like white has definitely been the colour of choice for me this season which has been a pleasant surprise for me cos my brother always goes on about how i look horrible in white and how its so not my colour…so imagine how chuffed i feel when my camera begs to differ. The morale of the story is never let anyone make you feel you cannot make an outfit or a colour work for you and a Little white dress is a definite YAS! for your wardrobe.
Attitude; All mine lol

It was such a beautiful day on Sunday and i totally had no idea of what to wear so i decided to do the “first outfit to pop out of the closet” trick and it totally worked.
This Topshop dress is almost a year old and has been worn just once.Initially i wore my black tasselled leather loafers as i really did not want to wear such a short dress with heels to church. But after the service my darling Tintin (thesohosister.com) and i popped into Zara as they do have a sale on at the moment (which is pretty boring as most of the items are still expensive) to look for a specific bag i kinda fell in love with but didn’t want to pay full price for but instead, i found this lovely pink platform heels waiting patiently for me to give them a good home in my closet and i couldn’t say no.
It’s always exciting when you can revamp an outfit to create a totally different look and thats why i love this ensemble so much.

its been a minute since i wrote on my blog as i have been a pretty busy bee. Its summer time and sort of like a high season for styling gigs especially for music and entertainment clients. 2-3 weeks ago i worked with the beautiful Tiwa Savage and styled 2 videos from her forthcoming debut album; Once upon a time. As soon as i have the permission to let the cat out of the bag, you guys will be the first to know x.
So less i digress, i styled the African Superstar Iyanya last weekend and i must say it was both stressful and exciting. It is totally different from editorial or the normal photo-shoot concept as you always have to be on the ball and time is always of the essence. Anyways i think i will ease up on the words and let the images do the talking.
T-shirt: Mr Garbe Fela
Trainers: Guiseppe Zanotti
I decided to wear my comfortable wedge trainers as i wanted to be able to runaround like a headless chicken with the coolest wide brim hat just incase things dont go as planned
which was literally the case in this situation.
All in all it was a great experience and as this isnt my first time of working with Iyanya, it was humbling experience to style such an amazing talent.
i am Always proud to toot my African horn and this case is no different
